Our Journey:
Founded by Leandro Falcao Mendes Santana and Taciane Batista, our company was built on experience gained through major projects such as Service Credit Union and Porsche Dealership. These early opportunities refined our expertise and reinforced the value of quality service.
Since then, we have grown steadily, expanding our client base and building a diverse portfolio of more than 40 clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Leandro is the Owner and CEO of Global Cleaning Services, with over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience. He has built a solid business by focusing on quality, purpose-driven leadership, and strong relationships with clients and employees. Involved in every area of the company, from strategy to daily operations, Leandro believes people are the foundation of success and values commitment, unity, and care within his team. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and cherishes family time, finding balance and inspiration in both.

Taciane Batista - Head of Finance
With a degree in Pharmacy, she brings strong analytical skills and technical precision to her role in financial management. She is currently responsible for accounts payable and receivable, financial planning, management reports, and strategic support to the executive team. Her work is marked by organization, responsibility, and a strong commitment to the financial sustainability and growth of the company.
Her journey is also defined by the courage and determination to leave everything behind and start over in a new environment, embracing entrepreneurship alongside her husband. Together, they have been building a path of resilience, hard work, and forward-thinking, establishing a business grounded in purpose and continuous growth.

Head of Finance

Senior Operations & Supply Chain Executive with over 30 years of expertise in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and demand & supply planning. Skilled in identifying process improvements, optimizing tools, and developing efficient supply chain strategies that enhance performance, reduce costs, and strengthen operational resilience. Recognized for driving results through strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in dynamic environments.

At Global Cleaning, she leads relationship management with a customer-driven approach, building strong and lasting partnerships across industries. Known for her proactive mindset and results-oriented style, she values collaboration, transparency, and excellence as the foundation of growth and client satisfaction. Outside work, she enjoys culinary experiences and creative renovation projects.

Professional with 20+ years in Human Resources and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering, with a career focused on aligning people with organizational goals. Living in the U.S. for 5 years, she has strong experience in organizational development, leadership, and strategic HR processes. At Global Cleaning Services, she leads HR with expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and culture. Passionate about travel, family, and cooking, she values creating joyful and meaningful connections.

He is the Customer Experience Manager at Global Cleaning Services, with over 10 years of experience and expertise in customer service and relationship management. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to delivering excellence, empathy, and efficiency at every stage of the client journey.
At Global, he serves as the direct point of contact for clients — ensuring quick solutions, consistent follow-up, and a seamless service experience.
Outside of work, he is passionate about reading, attending live shows, and learning new things. He believes continuous growth is key to always offering the best.
